What Guestopix does

Guestopix helps photographers deliver event photos to guests using face matching. Guests scan a QR, give a selfie and consent, and receive only the photos they appear in, by email.

Face data & privacy (DPDP)

Face embeddings are biometric data under India's DPDP Act 2023. They are used only to match a guest to their own photos, are never sold or used to train anything, and are deleted along with the album — by default 30 days after delivery.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for having the right to upload the photos you deliver. Prices are inclusive of 18% GST; a GST tax invoice is issued on each purchase.

Payments & renewals

Plans are prepaid for the stated validity. Wallet credit from referrals may be applied to renewals. Refunds are handled case by case.
